This document describes the privacy policy for all mobile apps developed by Itancan Consulting AB, an IT-tech company located in Stockholm, Sweden.

No personal user information is saved locally by the app, only a few anonymous keys. Furthermore, no personal data is sent or received.
All information sent to/from the server is encrypted using SSL-certificates over an HTTPS-secured connection.
No analysis is made of the user's behaviour or inputs, and no data is forwarded about how the app is used or what is written into input fields.
Information is used by the app only while it is active, and the information disappears after the app is closed.
The built-in camera is used for documenting work-related matters. We do not allow the user to take pictures of other people or places without their knowledge and approval. The photos are stored on a secured server where they can be deleted.
With the phone, the user can directly link phone numbers in the app to the built-in phone application. No phone numbers are stored by the app on the phone, and the app does not use any stored contact information.
The app uses the built-in GPS support to send the location of the phone to a secured server. The location data is never associated with any personal information, and it can only be viewed by an authorized user. Location data older than 30 days is automatically deleted from the secured server on a daily basis.
The app stores less than a handful keys on the phone. These keys help to identify the physical phone and also contain configuration settings. The stored data can be manually cleared by using the built-in app-management function. All data is automatically cleared at app uninstall.
The app can be downloaded from the standard app stores, as described below.
With Android version 4+, the app can be downloaded from Google Play.
During usage of the app, the user will be asked to allow the app to use certain phone features.
With iOS version 9+, the app can be downloaded from Apple iTunes.
